Siegfried opens TOMORROW!
It’s finally here! Siegfried opens tomorrow!
I’ve been quoted quite a bit as saying that this is my favourite opera of the four Ring operas, and I really don’t think this is going to disappoint. The whole process of putting this opera together has been an utter joy and the cast and crew are absolutely smashing it.
We had the dress rehearsal on Thursday, and the reception from the various industry, company Friends, and Wagner Society guests was overwhelmingly positive.
I also think I should drop you all a link to this lovely post in the Planet Hugill blog that Holden has written about Mime.
