May Newsletter - Walküre in rehearsal, Così at St John’s Smith Square with the Southbank Sinfonia now on sale

Happy “Summer” everyone,

We’re tremendously excited at the moment, because Walküre rehearsals have began in earnest.

Tickets are selling fast, particularly for the first night - we are close to selling out of the front stalls and premium seats on Sunday 21st, so if you want to be at the world première in the best seats in the house, you’d better book in the next week.

Don’t think you can relax for the rest of the run, once word gets out after our Valkyries have ridden for that first performance, who can tell how easy it will to be to get tickets for the rest of the run!

We can also exclusively reveal that our limited £45 Ring Cycle seats (that’s right, less than £3 per hour of Wagner) for 2024 are now on sale. These seats have a good view of the whole arena and orchestra and can be found in the centre balcony for the Ring Cycle weeks.

Così fan Tutte with the South Bank Sinfonia

We’re also in preparations for our Così fan tutte, which will tour various locations in the UK and France in June and into July.
